Yankuan Li
Chairman of the Board

Yankuan Li has been Chairman of the Board of Guangzhou Global Telecom since 2005. From 2004-2005 she was General Manager of Guangzhou YueShen TaiYang Technology Ltd., a subsidiary of Pacificnet Inc. (Nasdaq: PACT). From 2003-2004 she was Managing Director of the phone card division of Guangzhou Trading Center of Renwoxing, responsible for phone cards. From 2000-2003 she was Department Manager of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Guangzhou Branch. Miss Yankuan holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from Beijing University in 1998.

Richard Yan
CFO

Richard Yan, chief financial officer of Guangzhou Global Telecom, joined Guangzhou Global in October 2008 and is responsible for all of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Richard previously served various positions such as CFO and vice president at Sancon Resources Recovery, Inc (OTCBB: SRRY). Before that, Mr. Yan was financial controller at Hartcourt Companies, Inc (OTCBB: HRCT). Earlier in his career, Mr. Yan advanced rapidly at KPMG China and accumulated extensive experience in the areas of financial advisory, accounting and taxation. Mr. Yan is also a partner of KRC, an independent consulting firm based in Shanghai rendering accounting and financial services to private firms seeking to go public. Mr. Yan is a Certified Public Accountant of China and holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and MBA from Shanghai JiaoTong University.

Jingda Ni
General Manager

Ni Jingda joined Guangzhou Global Telecom in 2005 as marketing manager. Mr. Ni previously served as principal supervisor in charge of Marketing with Guangzhou YueShen TaiYang Technology Ltd., a former subsidiary of PacificNet Inc, and accumulated extensive telecommunications expertise and experience. After playing a senior role in the planning and execution of PacificNet Inc’s rapid growth in Guangzhou, Mr. Ni was headhunted to become marketing manager at Guangzhou Global Telecom.  His appointment as general manager is testimony of his strengths proven by the current successful expansion and growth of Guangzhou Global Telecom since its inception.
